The Cats Chorus

Heather trained in drama at Huntingdale Technical College, during which time she toured with the School Troupe performing at metropolitan high schools.  She then joined St Martin’s Youth Theatre and appeared in The Sensational South Yarra Show, Sister Sister, Yerma, Snuff Bingo, Runaways and alien in the parla.  Heather performed in several children’s musicals including The Snow Queen with the Victoria State Opera.  Other musicals include The Gondoliers (Casilda), The Pirates of Penzance (Mabel), The Mikado (Yum Yum), Yeomen of the Guard (Elsie).  She studied singing at the Melba Conservatorium and performs at weddings, singing classical selections with a pianist.  Heather has sung at theatre restaurants and has recently recorded backing tracks and performed with “The Staughtermen”, a country gospel group.  Albums include “Still Lovin’ You”, “God’s not Dead” and “Melbourne Memphis and a Mansion in the Sky”.
